    I offer breath-led yoga designed to support all bodies, blending mindful movement, functional alignment, and the foundations of yoga postures.

    My online classes include Basic Ashtanga, Deep Release, and Ease & Stability, each delivered with gentle, adaptive guidance to help you move safely and with awareness.

    Whether joining live, in person, via Zoom, or through pre-recorded sessions, you’ll experience beginner-friendly led classes that incorporate simple yoga sequences, breathwork, and grounding movement — allowing you to practise at your own pace, from wherever you are.
