Welcome Everyone
I’m Dee — a mobile yoga teacher and Ashtanga practitioner, born in Thailand and now based in Warkworth, New Zealand. With over five years devoted to the Ashtanga practice and more than a decade exploring other styles, I’m grounded in the traditional pillars of the method — breath, posture, and gaze (Tristhāna). This foundation shapes how I move, breathe, and teach, and I hope to share it with clarity, simplicity, and mindful awareness.
My intention is to make Ashtanga more approachable for everyone—to soften its intensity without losing its essence, and to honour tradition in a way that supports modern life. Through breath-led movement, I hope each practice becomes a place to pause, reconnect, and find stillness amid the noise of the world, whether online, one-to-one, in small groups, or on deck at sea.
Before teaching, I spent years in the luxury yachting industry, where I learned resilience and adaptability. Yoga became my anchor, helping me reset and realign—and now I hope to offer that same grounding to others. I carry deep gratitude for the teachers who shaped my path and continue to inspire me to teach with presence, compassion, and breath.
