Pre-recorded Sessions (45 min)
For those who prefer flexibility, I offer pre-recorded sessions you can practise in your own time — steady, breath-led, and thoughtfully guided.
These classes are rooted in the same foundations I teach live:
Deep Release – to soften, unwind, and reset
Ease & Stability – to build gentle strength and clarity
Basic Ashtanga – breath-led foundations with steady progression
Each session is designed to feel personal and supportive — as if we were practising together in real time.
How It Works
• Choose the class you’d like
• Email me to request access duangruedee@deelightyoga.com
• I’ll send payment details (bank transfer, NZD). For international clients, a secure Stripe payment link will be sent.
• Once payment is received, your private Google Drive link will be shared
• Practise anytime, at your own pace
All videos are pre-recorded and delivered via private Google Drive link.
As I personally manage access from New Zealand (NZT), please allow up to 24 hours to receive your video link, depending on your time zone.
No subscription.
No auto-renewals.
Just intentional practice, when you need it.

Before You Practise
These pre-recorded sessions are designed to be supportive and accessible. However, please take responsibility for your own health and wellbeing.
• Consult your GP or healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, managing high or low blood pressure, recovering from injury, or living with a medical condition.
• Move within your own limits and never push into pain.
• Listen to your body and rest whenever needed.
• Modify or skip any posture that does not feel right for you.
By participating, you acknowledge that you are practising at your own discretion and responsibility.
