Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do I need experience to join?
Not at all. My classes are beginner-friendly and guided step-by-step to help you feel comfortable and supported at your own pace.
2. What do I need for Zoom classes?
Just a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and a quiet space. A cushion, blanket, or block can be helpful but not essential.
3. Can I really connect with the teacher through Zoom?
Yes — absolutely. Connection goes beyond physical space.
Through presence, awareness, and real-time guidance, I can see you, offer alignment cues, and support your practice just as I would in person. You’ll feel seen, guided, and cared for — wherever you are.
4. How do I join a Zoom class?
Once you book, you’ll receive a Zoom link by email. Join with your camera on if you’d like feedback, or keep it off if you prefer. Either way, your comfort and focus come first.
5. What if I can’t make a class?
No problem! Just let me know in advance, and we can reschedule or carry your class forward within your pack period.
6. What makes these classes special?
Each session is Ashtanga-inspired, blending breathwork and mindful flow with personalised guidance. The aim is to help you reconnect your body, mind, and breath — building calm, strength, and stillness from within.
7. Do you offer private sessions?
Yes. You can book one-to-one or small-group sessions via Zoom or in person, tailored to your goals, mobility, or personal focus.
8. I’m nervous about starting—what should I expect?
That’s completely normal. We begin with grounding breathwork and gentle movement, progressing at your pace. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced—just open to trying and take a long deep breath in and out :)
