Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I need yoga experience to join?

Not at all. My classes are designed for absolute beginners as well as those returning to practice. Every session is guided step-by-step so you feel supported, safe, and confident from your very first class.

2. What do I need for a Zoom class?

Just a mat, comfy clothing, and Zoom. A cushion or block is optional, but your willingness to show up is the most important thing.

3. How big are the online classes?

Small and personal—max 6 people. This means I can see you, guide you, and offer modifications. You’ll never feel like just another square on a screen.

4. Will you be able to see me on Zoom?

Yes—if you leave your camera on, I can offer live feedback and adjustments. But your comfort comes first—camera off is always welcome.

5. How do trial classes work?

New to my classes? Start with a trial pack:

  • 1 class = $10 (try it out)

  • 3-class pack = $25 (best value— valid for 14 days)

The 3-class pack is designed to help you build confidence, consistency and actually feel the benefits of yoga—not just a one-time stretch.

6. Do you offer private sessions?

Yes—personalised one-to-one or small group sessions (Zoom, in-person). Bespoke and tailored to your needs.

7. What if I miss a class?

Life happens. If you let me know in advance, I’ll help you reschedule within your pack period—no stress.

8. What style of yoga do you teach?

I teach breath-led, Ashtanga-inspired yoga, adapted for real life. It’s functional, mindful, and accessible—focused on mobility, calm, and connection rather than “perfect poses.”

9. How do I book a class?

Book easily through my website—just leave a message to claim your trial promotion (Contact), or reach out to me directly. Payment is simple, secure, and stress-free.”

10. I’m nervous about starting—what should I expect?

That’s completely normal. We begin with grounding breathwork and gentle movement, progressing at your pace. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced—just open to trying and take a long deep breath in and out :)
